I was in St. Augustine this past week eating lunch at Harry’s.  I was sitting outside and there just happened to be a couple with two great dogs right beside my table.  Of course I had my camera with me and of COURSE I had to snap some photos.  Whiskey-River’s owner, Joe, sent me some photos of his girl and I wanted to share them with you:

So she’s adorable right?  Her breed is a Redbone Coonhound.  She’s a pet by day but moonlight’s as a tracking hound.  (a so-so one from what Joe says but we wont hold that against her)  She loves to swim and her favorite treat?  Chicken skin.  Like me, she’s a November baby so you know she’s extremely likable.

Here are the pictures I managed to capture of her while she was howling and begging for my shrimp.

and I love this one.  She was camera shy so I had to be patient and quick while taking the photos!

Great dog and very kind owner.  Thanks, Joe, for sharing your puppy with me.
